SALES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

INSCRIPTION

-You can register through our website (by filling out the traveler form)

-By telephone

-By a skype appointment ​

Registration must be done early enough before the start of the circuit.

PAYMENT

-Payment is made by bank transfer or cash upon arrival in Mongolia

-A deposit of 20% of the price must be paid when booking to confirm the circuit.

The balance of 80% will be due maximum 15 days before arrival or payable by the client upon arrival in Mongolia.

- Upon receipt of your registration form and your payment, an invoice will be sent to you as soon as possible and all the information to better prepare your trip.

CANCELATION

Any trip cancellation must be made by email and must in any case be completed by notification to the Agency by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt.​

Reimbursement by the Agency of the sums paid will be made under the conditions and limits defined below:

  • More than 30 days before arrival: all amounts paid will be refunded.

  • From 15 to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the total amount of the file will be retained.

  • Less than 15 days before arrival: 100% of the total amount of the file will be retained.

PRICE

The rates are calculated according to the specificities of each stay, the activities and the services planned. The rates are mentioned on our agency's website, on the page corresponding to each stay.

Rates vary depending on whether they are for a generic group or an exclusive group.

Important. 

The circuits are confirmed from 3 travelers.

If there are only 2 travelers registered, we undertake to ensure departure for the payment of a supplement, the amount of which varies according to the circuit, and is indicated on the website, on the page relating to each stay.

Travelers who want to travel in a group exclusively with their family or with their friends can privatize a stay.

The agency can adapt the departure and return dates according to your needs.

THE PRICE INCLUDES

  • Domestic flights

  • All transportation (van, 4x4) with driver and fuel 

  • Tour guide

  • Equestrian guide and the horses

  • Guides for yaks

  •  Cook, breakfasts, lunches and dinners. ​

  • water

  • Accommodation (hotels, yurt camps, tepees among the tsaatsan, individual yurts among the nomads and tents

  • Entrance tickets to national parks

  • Show tickets

  • Equipment (tents, mattresses, showers, toilets, etc.)

THE PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE

  • International flights

  • Meals in Ulanbator

  • Extra drinks (beer, vodka....)

  • The insurance

RECLAMATIONS

Any complaint must be notified in writing by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to the Agency, accompanied by supporting documents, within 30 days after the date of return from the trip. Any dispute will be settled amicably. In the event of complete disagreement, the Agency being a company governed by local law, it is the Courts of the city where the Agency is located which will be deemed competent.

BAGGAGE AND PERSONAL EFFECTS

In Mongolia, theft is almost non-existent, especially in the countryside.

Participants are responsible for the personal property they keep in their custody, whether it is money, credit cards, jewellery, clothing, cameras or videos... The Agency cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft or damage to luggage or personal effects during the trip and cannot be required to compensate customers in such circumstances. In the event of a problem, Participants are recommended to have the facts noted by the competent local authorities (filing of a complaint).
